In this business there are some skills that you need to master in order to be successful. You might not have all of the skills needed or have them at the level you want them.

Don't let that deter you from becoming a network marketer.

There is an old saying which can be applied of any area in your life, "What is hardest in the beginning, is easiest in the end..."

In reality, it is much easier in the long run to learn a skill, then it is to find a job or business based where you don't need that particular skill. There are plenty of books and courses to help you learn how to learn the skill.

Plus, keep in mind that the person who brings you into this business has an financial incentive to help you learn and and help you achieve network marketing success. Something you won't find that with a traditional business. They may already have a training and support program already in place that you can tap into.

Another option you have is to hire someone to complete the job for you. There will be jobs you really should hire out if you want to keep your business growing. Plus I'm sure there will be some things you know from prior experience you know you can not do well no matter how hard you try.

If you decide you want to hire the job out, you would benefit knowing the process and steps involved in the job before you can effectively hire someone else to do it for you.

Look at writing articles for example. You might decide you want to write articles to generate free leads for your website. It's a great idea, but submitting the articles to directories is a task you could easily hire out. Submitting a couple of articles yourself will educate you on the steps involved. The amount of time needed and how much it is worth to you to have someone else handle the task.

At the Beginning

Over time your skills will improve as long as you persist.

Focus more on where you need to be better and how you are going to get better instead of how bad you are right now.

Achieve Your Goals

If you are going to make the effort to be good at something to earn money you, shouldn't it be something that will provide you with the personal and financial freedom that you can achieve with network marketing?
